Employees and volunteers

The Océ Heritage Foundation forms the board of the Océ Museum, which sets the policy.

The  Museum Team organizes the activities and makes plans for the future. It is chaired by the Museumdirector/Conservator.
Since the departure of Jolijn Brouwers on December 31, 2022, the Museum Team has been chaired by Reinie Wieringa, secretary of the Océ Heritage Foundation.
A new director/curator has not yet been appointed

The implementation of the plans is in the hands of approximately 40 volunteers and employees who are divided into 6 working groups.

These working groups are led by the six coordinators, who meet every month during the Museum Team meeting.

Most of the volunteers are former employees of Océ and Canon Production Printing, but a few of them are still employed in the company. Also, Various interns regularly carry out assignments on behalf of the Museum.

The Foundation, the Museum Director/Conservator, the Museum Team and the volunteers and staff do their job because they want the past of Océ and the new history of CPP to live on, to ensure that the history of what once started in a pharmacy is not lost and is linked to the present and future of the company. They do this according to the motto: “Our innovative products today are built on our heritage from the past”.

The volunteers and employees participate in one or more of the following specialized working groups, led by coordinators:
