Board and Golden Team
The Océ Heritage Foundation forms the board of the Océ Museum, which sets the policy.
The Museum Team organizes the activities and makes plans for the future. It is chaired by the Museumdirector/Conservator.
The implementation thereof is in the hands of the Golden Team.
Volunteers who are no longer employed by the company, but have nevertheless remained engaged with their passion. They restore and maintain the Océ products that find their way to the Museum from all over the world. They also take care of documents and other objects that are given a place in the Océ Museum.
Some members of the Golden Team (and the Museum Team) give guided tours of the Océ Museum.
The Foundation, the Museum Director / Conservator, the Museum Team and the Golden Team do their work because they want the past to live on, to ensure that the history of what once started in a pharmacy is not lost.
The members of the Golden Team and the Museum Team are members of one or more of the following specialized working groups:
- Working Group Archive
Inventory, archive and digitize the assets of the Océ Museum, both devices and documents.
- Working Group Business Concepts
Conducts research within the Archive Working Group on the development of the Océ organization over time.
- Working Group Communicatie
Communication and marketing internally and externally.
- Working Group Website.
Works within the Communication Working Group on the construction and maintenance of the Océ Museum Website.
- Working Group Museum Design
Develops exhibitions in the Museum and at other locations.
- Working Group Equipment Maintenance
Maintains both the devices in the collection and the interior of the museum.
- Working Group Tours
Provides guided tours of the museum.
